Reiki

A Reiki session is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance to your mind and body.

What to expect on your Reiki Session.

Before The Session

Attire: You remain fully clothed throughout the entire appointment—wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Consultation: Your practitioner will briefly discuss your intentions, areas of tension, or any physical or emotional concerns you want to address.

You will rest comfortably on a padded massage table, often supported by bolsters, blankets, and soft ambient music or aromatherapy.

During the Session

Technique: The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above specific energy centers (chakras) and pathways across your head, torso, and limbs.

Sensations: Experiences vary widely; you may feel gentle warmth, tingling, coolness, pulsing, or simply a state of deep, meditative relaxation. Many people drift off to sleep.

The session ends, but your healing continues.

After the Session

Integration: You will have a few moments to slowly return to awareness and share any observations.

Aftercare: Drinking plenty of water and taking time to rest helps support your body’s natural clearing and integration process over the next 24 to 48 hours.
