About Me
My earliest memory of energy balancing date back to my childhood, when my mother taught me that if I felt pain or tension in my body I could simply focus on the painful part and breathe through it. Since then I’ve always been interested to this aspect of the body, through martial arts, dance, and massage.
I was introduced to reiki in my late teenage years by a friend who ended up becoming a reiki and Qi Gong master. Reiki became a part of my life since then. I quickly learned to channel it while giving massage to create a greater sense of peace to people. I then decided to focus more solely on energy healing. Soon after, during one of my travel in Australia, I had the chance to meet the energy of pellowah through a teacher that helped me to attune to it. I had the chance to practice on many people through my travels, and I am glad that I’ve spend more than 15 years of my life dedicated to help people with higher energies.
I decided to start the reiki list as a gift for people, as no matter what your financial situation is you can receive it. Every day. The reason I decided to start that list is quite simple: I use to be broke when I was younger. I know what it feels like, to have the drive without the means. And I know that sometimes, knowing that someone cares for you somewhere, even if it’s small, can make you realize that you are not alone no matter what your situation is. Yes, it’s just a feeling. But feelings defines both our drives and our goals, so it matters.
I am not someone who wants to carry beliefs about what I don’t know. Reiki just happened to work for me and people I give it to, so I stick by it.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy channeling practice that was discovered by Mikao Usui at the beginning of the previous century. Some say it is a gift from Buddha.
For me it is nothing but a tool to make you feel at home within again. To open up a space inside you that allows you to process whatever you are going through at the moment with a greater sense of peace and clarity. To make you feel more present and grounded.
Pellowah
Pellowah is an energy discovered by Kacina Ma’an, an Australian healer. She says it comes from angels. On my side I can tell you the energy is very refreshing. Its sole purpose is to create a radical shift of consciousness. If you feel ready for it, don’t hesitate.
The Gold Within
We all carry a nugget of gold inside. This practice helps you to naturally focus on it. That’s the one I use everyday. It is more intimate than any form of channeling, as it is only about you, not about something greater than you. It is you beyond the ego.
If you feel lost in your life, without purpose, this is the way to go. To explain it in a down to earth way, It is your inner sense of focus toward your actual goals and desires in life. It brings you back to a reality without pessimism, helps you to remember your goals, and that each steps is to be done in the present moment.
